Three years ago VFM Group became ReviewRani's first customer, before it was a product. Since then the group has run on one expanding stack: reputation, leads, back office, and now the web. Ten locations, three brands, one system.
Most dealership groups buy software the way they buy furniture. A tool here, a spreadsheet there, a vendor nobody can name when something breaks. VFM Group did the opposite. Starting August 2023, the group became the first customer of what grew into the SalesRaja suite, and then kept going: first through every product, first through every version, first through every launch.
The results sit in public data and matched sales records. 28,571 Google reviews across ten locations, with day-one showrooms averaging 4.84 and legacy showrooms climbing by up to a full star. 365 motorcycles worth ₹8.89 crore traced deterministically to Meta leads, 277 of them in a single financial year at a 23.6× return on marketing. And behind both numbers, an operating discipline running from the service bay to the incentive sheet.
This report walks the stack in the order VFM built it: reputation first, revenue second, operations underneath, and the web on top. The VFM Honda RedWing website, the first ever built on WebRani, goes live next month. The BigWing and Ducati Bengaluru sites are custom builds by Mutant(X), the company behind SalesRaja.
Every Google review across ten locations, in one place. Staff, service and facility issues alert the right manager in real time. Employee-level reporting feeds incentives. Leadership compares every location against every other on one screen.
VFM Honda Hennur moved from 3.7 in its first year to 4.8 on reviews received in 2026. All five legacy locations are up, one by more than a full star.
Three showrooms, three different years, three different segments. Average rating 4.84, and none have rated below 4.7. The feedback loop was live from the first customer through the door.
Six other Honda BigWing franchisees operate in Bengaluru under identical OEM standards. Five of VFM's six BigWing locations rate above every one of them. The sixth runs 4.9 on reviews received this year.
A commission leak at a financing desk, surfaced as a pattern in review timing. Weak links identified by name through employee attribution. 298 threat reviews caught without one escalating to a red flag.
| Location | Opened | First Year | 2026 Reviews | Lifetime Avg |

| Day-One Location | Segment | Opened | Reviews | Rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| VFM Ducati BLR | Premium | 2025 | 348 | 4.9 |
| Honda BigWing Marathahalli | Fun | 2025 | 807 | 4.8 |
| BigWing Hennur | Fun | 2023 | 1,305 | 4.8 |
Reputation made buyers trust the showroom. LeadsRaja made sure every paid enquiry reached a real salesperson in minutes, from the person's own WhatsApp, with reminders until someone acts. In FY2025-26 alone, 277 motorcycles trace directly to Meta leads.
| Brand | Bikes from Meta | Revenue | Share of Brand's Sales |
|---|---|---|---|
| BigWing · Fun | 224 | ₹4.88 Cr | 9.2% |
| RedWing · Commuter | 46 | ₹0.41 Cr | 0.8% |
| Ducati · Premium | 7 | ₹1.18 Cr | 9.3% |
Roughly 1 in 11 bikes in the fun and premium segments started as a Meta lead. Brand revenue figures are rounded to two decimals and sum to ₹6.47 Cr; the FY 2025-26 group total of ₹6.46 Cr is the reconciled figure from the LeadsRaja source report and is the one used throughout.
BigWing's last full year before LeadsRaja against its mature year with it, Meta running in both: Meta-attributed sales went 101 to 195, and cost per Meta-attributed sale fell 31%, from ₹3,461 to ₹2,398.
The same buyer fills three competitors' forms. Across 28,522 Meta leads routed through LeadsRaja, VFM actioned 100%, with a 101-minute median first reply, 41% within one hour and 93% within 24. Ducati is fastest at a 44-minute median. (The 28,571 figure elsewhere on this page is ReviewRani's Google review count; the two datasets are independently sourced and reconcile exactly.)
Behind the show floor, VFM runs as private beta partner on two SalesRaja products that have not been announced publicly yet. The pattern is the same as the last three years: new product, first network, honest feedback, then a launch.
The principle underneath both products is the one the whole suite is built on. The person closest to the number should be able to act on it, and the record of that action should exist in the same system that produced the number. Reviews name employees. Employee performance feeds incentives. Incentives land in payroll. At VFM, none of those steps live in a separate spreadsheet anymore.
Turns performance signals into incentive logic without manual calculation. Customer feedback, employee attribution and sales outcomes feed the same rule set, so the people generating results see them rewarded on a system, not on someone's memory.
Beta at VFMThe payroll layer of the same stack. Output from incentive logic lands in payroll runs without re-keying data between tools, across a ten-location workforce.
Beta at VFMA dealership website that goes stale is the same failure as an unanswered lead: the customer found the door and the door didn't work. VFM's digital layer now sits with Mutant(X) across all three brands.
The Honda RedWing site is the first website ever built on WebRani, the SalesRaja platform that keeps every dealership site in a network accurate, consistent and current, centrally. Prices, models and offers change everywhere at once; branch details stay local.
Coming Soon ↗The BigWing Bengaluru site is a custom design and build by Mutant(X), the parent company behind SalesRaja, matched to the fun-bike segment VFM dominates online.
bigwingblr.com ↗The Ducati Bengaluru site carries the premium line that opened at 4.9 and never looked back, with a digital front door built to the same standard.

Each layer makes the next one cheaper. A 4.8 reputation means the Meta lead who fills three forms picks the showroom with the proof. A 101-minute first reply converts the trust the rating created. Employee attribution runs incentives on facts instead of memory, and payroll executes them without re-keying. The websites hold the brand line everywhere a buyer looks.
Competitors can copy any single tool. What they cannot copy quickly is three years of compounding: 28,571 reviews of operational history, a sales floor trained on response discipline, and a network where every new location opens at the standard instead of climbing to it. VFM's newest showrooms do not have a learning period. That is the product of the stack, and it is visible in the data.
VFM took the risk when there was nothing to read. The dataset in this report is what the risk returned.
"What stands out about SalesRaja, ReviewRani and LeadsRaja is the depth of visibility they bring to our business. We can see performance across the network, compare branches, benchmark ourselves against competition, and understand individual performance - all with remarkable clarity. More importantly, these insights have moved our conversations from assumptions to facts and from reporting to action. It has given our leadership team a sharper understanding of where we stand, where the gaps are, and where we need to focus to move the business forward."
Ten locations. Twenty-eight thousand customers. Three years of acting on what they said, one complaint and one enquiry at a time. That is the whole system.
